Paweł Michalski
He has been climbing since 1991 and has organized and taken part in a dozen of expeditions to the Himalaya and Karakorum. He summited several eight-thousanders such as Broad Peak, Gasherbrum II, Gasherbrum I and Cho Oyu.
Participant of K2 expedition in the summer of 2014 (reached 8450m) and 2016 organized as a part of the Polish Winter Himalaism project. On top of that he has climbed Kangchenjunga, Lhotse, Nanga Parbat, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and Makalu. He is an assistant professor at the university.

He is 44 years old and is a member of Polish National Team in moutaineering and Lodz Alpine Club.
