TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEDIA ACCREDITATION

A The Organizer provides one type of media accreditation:

Media accreditation-entitles to stay at the area of the Mountain Film Festival in Lądek-Zdrój on September 20-23, 2018.

B Rules for granting and issuing accreditation:

1 Media accreditations are granted free of charge.
2 The number of media accreditations is limited.
3. The number of media accreditations is restricted for editorial teams. Editorial teams can receive a maximum of 2 accreditations. This provision does not apply to tv editorial teams and media partners.
4 Media accreditations are awarded on the basis of a correctly filled in form.
5 Accreditation request will not be considered if the submitted data is inaccurate.
6 Filling in the form from Section 4 is not tantamount to obtaining media accreditation.
7 Media accreditations will be granted in the first place to the journalists of media registered judicially in the Journals and Newspapers’ Registry, professional information websites, professional media agencies, radio and tv stations .
8 Please note that priority in receiving media accreditations shall have media patrons, journalists associated with media related thematically to the event as well as the ones publishing information about the Festival.
9 Accreditations are personal and non-transferable.
10 Accreditations do not entitle to introduce third parties to  media and photo zones.
13 Accreditation applications submitted via the form shall be accepted until September 10,2018. Accreditation applications submitted after this date may not be considered (this provision does not apply to television networks).
14 People who have been granted accreditation shall be informed by the Organizer until September 12, 2018 (or sooner). Information about granting the accreditation and the possibility of collecting it shall be sent to the email address provided in the accreditation email.
15 The lack of receiving information about granting the accreditation within the period specified in Section 14 of  these Terms and Conditions means not granting the accreditation.
16 The organizer reserves the right not to grant the accreditation without giving any reason.
17 Media accreditation in  form of an ID can be collected only personally. When collecting the accreditation in the media zone of the Mountain Film Festival you must present the proof of identity.
18 The ID is granted once and is valid on September 20-23, 2018. In the case of its loss or destruction it shall not be exchanged, nor is it possible to get another one.
19 During the event, accreditation must be placed in a visible place.
20 In the course of journalistic work, the holder of the accreditation must keep it in a place visible to the security staff.
21 The organizer has the right to withdraw the granted accreditation in the case of a journalist violating the provisions of this Terms and Conditions or not following the instructions of the Organizer and security staff.
22 The organizer reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
