Robert Gondek
Born in 1976. Trained as an economist. A passionate
traveller, photographer, an enthusiast of Africa. Member of the Polish Nature Photographers Association.
Since 2008 he has run the project “On the way to the highest peaks of Africa”, aimed at reaching the highest summits of each African country. To date, he has visited 18 countries in Africa. For his consistency in implementing the project, in March 2017 he was awarded in the category FEAT of the YEAR 2016 during KOLOSY Festival in Gdynia. He organizes professional travel slide shows in Poland for which he has received prizes at travel festivals in Lodz, Środa Wielkopolska and Poznań.
He has published texts and photos in magazines such as:”Podróże”, “Poznaj Świat”, “n.p.m” and ”All Inclusive”.
In his spare time he learns Swahili, runs ultramarathons, marathons and participates in MTB cycling MTB. He also runs two websites: www.szczytyafryki.pl and
